The Presec System is an advanced accessory designed to enhance the safety and reliability of your compressor system. This comprehensive system includes a filter cap with a sensor, a control unit, and a cartridge. It is designed to be integrated with the existing Hyperfilter filter system on the compressor.

• Filter Saturation Detection: The system includes a probe connected to the first filtering cartridge, detecting its saturation status and transmitting switching signals to the indicator based on the cartridge’s condition.
• Automatic Shutdown: If the filter cartridge reaches a critical saturation level, the Presec system triggers an automatic shutdown of the compressor to prevent further operation with a saturated or compromised filter.
• LED Indicator Levels:
  • Stable Green Light (a): Indicates normal operational status with a properly functioning and saturated filter.
  • Pulsating Yellow Light (b): Pre-alarm signal, indicating the filter is running out and needs replacement soon.
  • Pulsating Red Light (c): Alarm signal, prompting immediate replacement of the filter.
  • Pulsating Red Light (c): Indicates a critical situation where the filter cartridge is missing or the filter system is interrupted, forcing a compressor shutdown until the issue is resolved.
