The Remote Filling Panel Double Pressure is an advanced system designed for efficient and controlled gas filling operations. This panel is equipped with cylinder connections, pressure gauges, a pressure reducer, and a priority panel to facilitate the filling process. It offers the flexibility of choosing between DRV DIN 232 bar + DRV DIN 300 bar or DRV INT/YOKE 232 bar + DRV DIN 300 bar configurations.

Operation:

1. Compressed air is siphoned from the storage system into the cylinder.
2. If the pressure drop in storage exceeds the set delta P in the pressure switch, the compressor activates.
3. Transfer continues until pressure equalization between the compressed air cylinder and the storage system.
4. The compressor fills the cylinder until its filling pressure is reached.
5. Once the cylinder is filled, a new switchover occurs through a holding valve, and the compressor fills the storage system until it automatically shuts off at the maximum filling pressure.
